Before joining Rockstone, Adele held roles with Primis Mortgage Network and Nationwide Building Society, where she gained extensive experience in compliance monitoring, adviser oversight, and risk-based review activity, including call sampling, thematic reviews, and delivering structured feedback to support regulatory requirements.

Adele holds CeMAP and CeRER qualifications, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional development and regulatory excellence. Having joined Rockstone Compliance as part of our Sales Quality team, Adele conducts detailed file checks and supports ongoing supervision activity to help ensure advisers remain compliant, confident, and consistent in delivering strong customer outcomes.
